Dr. Byrd has continuing education in orthodontics which means he can offer advanced treatment options, which could shorten treatment time. Dr. Byrd is the past president of the Virginia Orthodontic Association, a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Orthodontic Association, American Dental Association, an active member of Peter B. Ramsey Dental Society, the Virginia Dental Association, and is an active member of the Orthodontic Study Club of Richmond. He and his wife have been blessed with three children. Outside the office, he has strong church and community ties and loves sports cars and keeping fit. One final fun fact: Dr. Byrd loves pancakes! There is a reason people keep coming to Dr. Byrd.
